Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Leslie Morand Skincare. We take great care in preparing and shipping your order.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at lesliemorand@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our Solana Beach location by appointment.
Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.
